Nude no.3 with fixes, after seeing it with fresh eyes

When is a piece of art finished? What is the right time to stop and don't "overdo" it? I usually try to stop as early as possible, as I feel there's something really personal and alive in rough sketches and part of it is lost when the picture gets stiffer and gets too much details. But sometimes you just know that something is still missing (contrast in this case) and you continue from where you left and hope the best that you won't ruin it. This time, I think, I succeeded and the end result is a bit better than yesterday. Lucky me.

Ballet dancer

A friend wanted me to paint a ballet dancer.

Greatest discovery with this piece was that it's possible to mix perfect "crab pink" / "salmon pink" / "coral pink" color by mixing neon-orange and white acrylic color. Magic!

Arcade Machine-marquee, 80's retro digital art

A friend of mine is building Raspberry Pi RetroPie arcade cabinets, and it was hard to find perfect marquees for them. So I had some fun and pushed enter-button, ctrl-c and -v like a maniac in Photoshop and did this! It was so fun that perhaps I should press enter more often..or perhaps I shouldn't.

One of my greatest inventions

If you think you don't have enough time to do larger pieces of art..

1. Do tiny pieces of art on Post-It notes (I did these daily in 2015)..
2. ..put them to CD-cases with some nice colored or textured background paper
3. ..add some Velcro on the back of the CD-case
4. ..and stick it to your wall!

It's fun and awesome! These are great gifts to your friends too!
